Blackadder
Due to a few oversights, there are a few minor inaccuracies in a small number of the Blackadder scripts. For those who enjoy perfection, here's the corrections:
-"General Hospital"
When Blackadder apologizes to Smith for George´s stupidity, he
responds:
"Danke schön, danke schön, ich bin ganz
`comfortable´"
(Thank you, thank you, I am very...)
When Blackadder gestures Smith to leave George and him alone, he
says:
"Jawohl, Herr Kapitän, jawohl!"
(Yes sir, Captain, yes sir)
When questioning Darling, Blackadder uses the German name for
Munich,
"München"
When Baldrick takes Nurse Mary away, he orders her
"raus, raus!"
(out, out)
When leaving the stage, Smith says:
"Jawohl, mein General, jawohl"
(Yes sir, general, yes sir)
-"Corporal Punishment"
The Person who calls Edmund by mistake is
"Oberleutnant von Genschler"
The German words Edmund shouts to pretend the phone has gone mad
are:
"Schnell, schnell, Kartoffelkopf!"
(Quickly, quickly, potato head)
(by the way, it´s Bob Massingbird!)
-"Chains"
The guards march:
"Eins, zwei"
(one, two)
The guards greet:
"Guten Abend, Engländer-`scum´"
(Good evening, English...)
(Edmund doesn´t shoot Ludwig, but throws a knife at him)
-"Duel and Duality"
The mad king exits:
"Eine wunderbare Hochzeit"
(It´ll be a wonderful wedding)
